Does the pannier bag swing out from the bottom much? The attachment design looks good, but w/out a bottom hitch I wonder how stable it is?
That’s a question we frequently get but, no, the bag does not swing out. We’ve been riding with them for over a year and have not encountered that yet! Well, except for horrendous pot holes, but everything goes flying then. :)
